Directions For Use
ADULT DOSAGE:
Using the enclosed scoop, mix one level scoop (6 g) with 100 ml of water (or more water as desired).
Consume once daily approximately 30-60 minutes prior to bed, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Some settling of the powder may occur after mixing.
